Cast Polyamide PA6G, also known as Cast Nylon 6, is an advanced engineering plastic produced through the monomer casting process. Compared to extruded PA6, it offers lower internal stress, superior dimensional stability, and enhanced wear resistance, especially in large-size parts.

Thanks to its excellent mechanical strength and low coefficient of friction, PA6G is widely used in heavy-duty industrial applications where load-bearing capacity, vibration damping, and durability are essential.

We offer Cast Nylon (PA6G) in sheets and round bars, available in natural (ivory) and black versions. Custom sizes and CNC machining services are also available upon request.
